The greatest shift in the global economy today is happening in the area of workforce and employment. People2.0 and their investor partner TPG, the folks behind Airbnb and Uber, hired us to build their global brand while they were building the company, acquisition by acquisition.
Our challenges were to deliver a highly differentiated, world-class brand experience; create a wholly universal global brand positioning and language; articulate a common vision, purpose, values, culture, and brand that would unite newly acquired companies and inspire employees; and pivot effortlessly as the company and our client team evolved.
We held in-depth interviews with 40 key customers and stakeholders, and held global workshops on brand strategy and purpose, UX strategy and communications planning.
We delivered a new logo and visual look and feel for the website, and a tagline that became the organizing platform for all marketing communications. We created a new website, brand video, social posts, sales templates, trade show assets, a global brand toolkit, and a comprehensive communications strategy and plan.
The "key" graphic was developed to symbolize how People2.0 unlocks unlimited possibilities for its customers, helping them extend their business and generate new revenue streams by expanding access to the global remote workforce. Designed to appear on websites of talent providers the world over, it reassures People2.0's customers, their clients, and independent contractors that their needs will be taken care of simply, quickly, and compliantly.
