VMware’s Human Resources Department needed a new recruitment strategy and communication program that would articulate VMware’s unique culture and help attract the best and brightest in the IT industry.

 

Branding VMware employees as “Architects of What’s Next” resonated internally and externally by reminding everyone of VMware’s massive influence in the IT industry. 

 

And it made VMware something it had never been: cool.
